Pyramid Builders worked on the redevelopment of Kings Cross for over 12 years, completing over 20 different contracts for a number of clients. Our expertise in the cleaning and repair of heritage brickwork, together with a proven track record in delivering large blockwork projects has resulted in Pyramid becoming a trusted and integral part of the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.

Kings Cross T1 building is a mixed use development of 10 – 15 storeys in height, located in northern area of Kings Cross. This site comprising of a residential element of 95 open market apartments, duplexes and triplexes and 34 affordable apartments. The building is approximately 360,000 ft². There will be ground floor commercial units as well as a multi-story car park providing 415 car parking space and a multi–use games area at ground level. The Energy Centre and main electricity sub-station for the building was also built by Pyramid 3 years ago, prior to the main works commencing.

Pyramid also developed the design for the blockwork panels and lateral support using the Wembley Innovation’s system of Wi Columns and Wi Beams.
