NLE Nine Elms

The Northern line extension works to Battersea will help regenerate the Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea areas by supporting new jobs and homes. The extension is scheduled to be completed in autumn 2021

Nine Elms station is being built using the cut and cover station box method, ensuring easy access during construction, as well as allowing future construction of a mixed-use development on top of the station.

This future development will provide hundreds of new homes (with 25% being affordable), office space, retail and a new public square serving the station
