This Candy & Candy development for Multiplex was a construction in Belgravia on the site of a redundant substation. The residential development has 2 floors of underground parking and once built, commanded the highest property value per sq. foot in London. This was due to the high specifications throughout, along with the fact that some of the flats, including the penthouse, had their own indoor swimming pools!
