Pyramid Builders were awarded the contract to design and construct blockwork to the Waterloo International Terminal south west upgrade.
Waterloo Station is part of the south western rail network, connecting the terminal to the south coast and the rail connections in between. The network delivers better connections for millions of passengers.
Working in partnership with Skanska, Aecom, Colas Rail and Mott MacDonald, the design put emphasis on innovation, sustainability and collaboration to deliver an enhanced railway that will increase capacity by 30 per cent and protect the network for the future.
