Eastern Goods Yard, Kings Cross

Pyramid Builders scope of works included the cleaning and repair of the heritage brick walls, as well as the reconfiguration of openings through the elevations. A comprehensive heritage specification was followed to ensure cleaning and refurbishment works were completed within strict guidelines for the restoration and refurbishment of an historic Grade 2 listed building.

In addition, a blockwork package worth £1.4 million was completed to provide internal partitions and staircores.

This project was recently awarded the Mayor of London’s award for Planning Excellence.
