77 Farringdon Road

This was an office and retail building in the City of London which required restorative works to the Victorian façade. The rear of the building was also demolished and extended along with the addition of an extra floor, both increasing the lettable area of the building. The new balustrade work to the top floor was quite detailed to construct along with walls to the circular staircase.
