Haringey Police Custody Suite, Wood Green

The expansion of the existing Wood Green Police Station to form a new 40 cell custody suite involved the construction of a 3 storey extension and the refurbishment of the existing building.

The style and materials of the new building were sympathetic to the existing prominent red brick Police Station, with cast stone features built into the new brickwork. In addition, a curved boundary wall was built to form the exercise yard. Due to the nature of the building, the materials used were of a high specification.

Pyramid Builders also undertook the extensive DOFF clean and façade repairs to the existing building.
